Descripción : This is the summary of the journey behind the creation of Smoke & Wings Bar, a project that goes beyond a simple restaurant: it's an experience filled with wings and rock music. In our first step, we delved into the idea, asking ourselves what the market needed. The answer was clear: a themed restaurant bar that didn't just sell food, but offered a complete experience. Thus was born the vision of a place where wings reign supreme and the atmosphere is as important as the menu. To ensure our vision wasn't just a dream, we dove into research. The second step was to build the foundation for the project. It wasn't just a good idea, but a well-founded one. We immersed ourselves in theory, investigating what makes a successful business model, how to create an unforgettable customer experience, and how to organize a team. We also analyzed similar bars to understand what worked and what didn't. With the idea and the market clear, it was time to listen to the people. To determine if our proposal had potential, we conducted a market study to understand who we would sell to and what they really wanted. We discovered that our ideal audience is young people and adults between the ages of 18 and 45, people who enjoy going out to bars and trying new things. We analyzed the competition and realized we could stand out by offering something different: a rock-and-roll concept, engaging promotions, and unforgettable wings. With all this defined, it was time to structure the business. The fourth step was to shape the operation. We defined our mission, vision, and values, establishing the essence of Smoke & Wings. We designed an organizational chart to determine who would do what, from the chef to the social media manager. We also made sure everything was in order, from licenses and permits to trademark registration. Finally, the moment of truth arrived: was it profitable? We crunched the numbers to see if Smoke & Wings was financially viable. With a total investment of $47,407.82 through loans and our own investments, we projected profits of $732,119.82 in the first year of operation. The results were overwhelming: solid financial indicators, positive cash flow from the first year, and a return on investment in just 12 months. This final stage confirmed what we already suspected: Smoke & Wings Bar is not only a great idea, but a profitable and sustainable project with a promising future.
